Professional and territorial scope
Legal practice and consultancy in Brazilian law are provided in Brazil. In Portugal, this website presents only administrative support and technical work, without legal advice, representation, or activities reserved to Portuguese lawyers or solicitors. This distinction also guides how the content and contact options should remain accessible and understandable.
Commitment and target standard
Ana Trevizan is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible. The target standard is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing requirement across design, content, development, and maintenance.
Conformance status
A formal conformance status has not yet been determined. The available assessment confirms several technical measures but is not sufficiently comprehensive to claim full or partial conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA.
Assessment method and date
The latest technical assessment was carried out on 4 September 2026. It included code inspection and automated tests of routing, bilingual content, forms, and components. Full browser verification, including keyboard use, assistive technologies, reflow, and zoom, remains pending. This limited launch review is not a comprehensive independent audit.
Known limitations
A comprehensive audit with users and multiple assistive technologies has not been completed. External services opened from this site, including Calendly, WhatsApp, ORCIDOpen Researcher and Contributor ID, and social profiles, have their own environments, whose accessibility is not controlled by this website. If you encounter another barrier, please report it using the contact below.
Alternatives and contact
If you cannot access content or complete an action, email contato@anatrevizan.com. Please identify the page, the barrier encountered, the device or assistive technology used, and the accessible format you need, only if you are comfortable doing so. You may also use the WhatsApp contact shown on the Contact page.
The report will be acknowledged, the barrier will be reviewed, and an accessible alternative will be sought.
