Legal services and the provision of advice on Brazilian law are carried out in Brazil, within the scope of the professional registration indicated on the website. In Portugal, contacts relating to administrative support, technical work and legal advice do not constitute representation or the performance of acts reserved for lawyers and solicitors.

When the form is submitted, the following data is processed: name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, order type, country, message, language, order ID, time of submission and technical data required for anti-spam verification. This data is used to receive, record, respond to and protect the form against abuse.

When using the WhatsApp option, the website uses your name, enquiry type, country and message solely within the browser to prepare the text. By continuing, you will leave this website and open WhatsApp. The message is only sent once you have confirmed it within that service. The website does not automatically save this enquiry.

Please do not include any particularly sensitive data in your first message that is not strictly necessary.

The form implementation uses Netlify hosting infrastructure, Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam verification, Google Sheets to record requests, and Resend for email notifications. Data is made available only as needed for these services and to reply to the request.

The form validates content on the server, limits the size of requests, verifies the source, uses anti-spam protection and disables formulas in the form. Integration secrets are not sent to the browser. No measure can eliminate all risks.

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Each right is subject to its circumstances and legal limits.

The technical audit of 14 September 2026 found no analytics, advertising, or profiling cookies and no analytics tools or pixels on the public site. The site therefore does not display a consent banner.

Your light or dark theme preference is stored in browser localStorage after you choose a theme. It is not sent to the server. On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile loads to protect email submission and may use storage strictly necessary for the security check. It does not load on other pages.

Calendly, WhatsApp, ORCIDOpen Researcher and Contributor ID, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other profiles are external destinations, not embedded content. Following those links takes you away from this site, and the destination service processes data under its own practices. Review that service's privacy and accessibility information. This separation does not limit this site's own responsibilities.
